Job Description

As an Organizational Planning and Development professional, you will be responsible for overseeing the strategic planning and development initiatives within the organization. This includes identifying areas for improvement, developing action plans, and implementing strategies to enhance overall effectiveness and efficiency. In your role, you will also be involved in recruitment, staffing, and employment activities. This will include sourcing and attracting top talent, conducting interviews, and facilitating the hiring process to ensure the organization has the right people in the right positions. You will play a key role in managing labour relations, which involves fostering employee engagement and addressing any grievances or concerns that may arise. By promoting a positive work environment and handling conflicts effectively, you will contribute to a harmonious and productive workplace.
