Quality Control In charge

As a Quality Assurance Manager, your role involves following ISO and Product standards procedures and protocols to update and maintain ISO documents. You will be responsible for certifying the company for ISO standards for quality, as well as CE/IS certification of its respective products. Your key responsibilities will include: - Formulating and implementing Quality Systems in the company - Handling Product License - Managing In-coming Material Inspection - Overseeing In-Process and Final Testing & Inspection - Researching for new product development and acquiring relevant testing equipment - Monitoring and analyzing rejections - Calibration of Testing Equipment/Instruments in Lab and for Machinery in Shop floor - Implementing 6s in both factory & premises - Handling customer inspection, Third Party Inspection, Audits, and complaints - Generating checklists for Quality standards at shop floor/lab - Preparing SOP as required - Managing external parties visits and requirements - Conducting Supplier audits as per plan - Ensuring quality standards are met by monitoring production processes, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing corrective actions - Conducting regular audits to ensure compliance with ISO 9001:2015 and other relevant quality management systems - Developing and maintaining quality control procedures, including inspection checklists, test plans, and reporting templates - Collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues and improve overall product reliability - Analyzing data from statistical analysis tools (e.g., SPC) to identify trends and opportunities for process optimization Additionally, you will be expected to work full-time in a day shift at the in-person work location.
