Manager Production

• Plan, organize, and control daily production operations to achieve output, quality, and delivery targets.
• Execute the production schedule as per organizational goals and customer requirements.
• Coordinate with the Planning, Purchase, Quality, and Maintenance departments to ensure smooth workflow.
• Monitor and manage manpower allocation, machine utilization, and material flow to ensure optimal productivity.
• Implement and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for all production activities.
• Track and analyse production metrics such as yield, efficiency, downtime, and rejections.
• Ensure strict compliance with quality standards, safety norms, and housekeeping practices on the shop floor.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance productivity and reduce costs.
• Conduct root cause analysis for production issues and initiate corrective/preventive actions.
• Supervise and mentor production supervisors and team members to develop technical skills and ownership.
• Support the AGM in capacity planning, process optimization, and achieving strategic production targets.
• Maintain accurate production reports, documentation, and performance summaries for management review.

Pay: ₹78,000.00 - ₹94,000.00 per month
