Job Overview We are looking for a dynamic, self-motivated, result-oriented Sales Executive who is passionate about industrial solutions and field sales. The role requires travel within Tamil Nadu and nearby states , strong interpersonal skills, and a drive to convert technical requirements into successful orders.The Technical Sales Executive will handle day-to-day tasks such as identifying client needs, providing technical solutions, and maintaining business relationships.The candidate will also be responsible for driving sales growth, understanding market trends, and managing customer inquiries efficiently. Role Description A. Lead Generation & Market Development · Identify and develop new customers in assigned regions through: · Tele-calling · Site visits · Industrial zone mapping · Participation in trade exhibitions · Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline. B. D. E. After-Sales and Support Coordination · Respond to customer service queries post-dispatch. · Coordinate technical support and ensure issue resolution where needed. · Follow up for timely payment collection as per terms. F. Reporting & CRM Discipline · Maintain accurate daily/weekly records of: · Leads visited · Quotations sent · Follow-ups done · Orders converted · Submit structured sales reports to the reporting manager on time.
