Sr. Engineer - Technical Sales.

As a Sales Executive/Officer, your role will involve target-based Sales turnover achievement in the categories of Food Processing Machineries and Conveyor systems (OEM Sales) in the allocated territories. Your responsibilities will include: - Finding new & current customers data and arranging sales visits - Creating reports and client presentations based on the analysis of collected data during client interactions - Preparing quotations based on specific customer requirements - Enthusiastically following up with customers towards winning orders - Managing all after-sales customer queries and providing solutions/repairs - Keeping customers up-to-date with product upgrades and changes - Working as a team member with other departments to achieve sales targets in the assigned region - Maintaining quality service by establishing and enforcing organizational standards The ideal candidate profile for this role includes traits such as maintaining good relationships with customers, convincing power, perseverance, politeness in customer interactions, ability to gather market information, ensuring proper after-sales support, interest in traveling to new places, and reporting sales activities and deviations to the Reporting Manager on a daily basis. Education qualifications required for this position are a B.Tech/B.E. in Any Specialization, Mechanical at the undergraduate level, and an optional MBA in Sales & Marketing at the postgraduate level.
