Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Learning and Development (L&D) professional to design and deliver impactful training solutions that align with organizational goals. The ideal candidate will partner with stakeholders to identify skill gaps, collaborate with Subject Matter experts and manage a team of facilitators to implement effective learning strategies and foster a culture of continuous learning
Job Responsibilities:
Program management : Plan and execute all learning projects including certification, calendar and signature programs. Scheduling, followup, data capture and maintenance, analysis and reporting will be key activities other than execution
Project management : Based on goals set for the year, ensure learning projects start. close on time and as per the standard of quality and metrics defined.
Content management: Gather, create and curate content for several initiatives and for all communication and promotions related to it
Team management: Direct, monitor and coach the L&D associates and Leads to meet learning goals for the org, with optimal use of resources and time
Stakeholder management: Have a streamlined method to connect with and understand needs of learners and stakeholders, their learning preferences and also leverage their knowledge and sponsorship.
Requirements
Requirements:
Experience: 6-8 years of experience in HR with a minimum of 2 years in L&D
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Excellent stakeholder and people management skills.
Analytical mindset with the ability to measure the effectiveness of initiatives.
Proficiency in using modern L&D tools and learning management systems (LMS).
A Learning Mindset: Demonstrated curiosity, resilience, empathy, and patience
