Job Description

Qualification:
B.Com / Graduate / CFP
Experience:
1 to 2 years experience in Plan Servicing and Operations
Salary Expectation:
As per industry standards (based on individual qualifications, experience, and competence)

Responsible for execution of investment suggestions.
Timely and accurate execution of investments, insurance plans, and related services.
Client coordination for KYC-compliant documentation and related paperwork.
Complete paperwork related to financial plan implementation.
Coordinate with vendors/product manufacturers to resolve service-related queries (brokers, mutual funds, insurance, etc.).
Ensure investment recommendations and insurance plans are implemented with 100% accuracy and zero error.
Send regular and accurate investment updates and tax reports to clients.
Conduct regular internal audits on all client information and documentation.
Update and monitor financial plans based on client goals and ongoing requirements.

Required Skills

Preferred:
CFP graduate
Proficiency in Excel and mathematics with high attention to detail and error-free output.
Basic knowledge of financial products and investments such as Mutual Funds (MFs), PMS, Bonds, AIFs, Corporate FDs, PPF, EPF, etc.
Strong operational, organizational, and follow-up skills.
Excellent leadership, interpersonal, analytical, and time management abilities.
Effective communication skills listening, writing, and speaking.
High level of integrity and ethical standards
