We seek a responsible and detail-oriented person for our Testing Center. The Individual will be liable for keeping a safe and controlled testing environment, assuring the integrity of the testing process, and delivering excellent customer assistance to test takers.
1. Set up testing rooms with the needed materials and equipment before each exam session.
2. Check-in test takers, verify their identity and ensure compliance with testing rules and regulations.
3. Monitor test takers throughout the exam to prevent cheating and maintain test security.
4. Provide courteous and professional assistance to test takers, addressing any questions or concerns they may have.
5. Enforce testing policies and procedures to maintain the integrity of the testing process.
6. Report any irregularities, violations, or suspicious behavior to appropriate authorities.
7. Preserve proper records of test taker attendance and happenings during exams.
8. Assist in organizing and coordinating test sessions.
