Job Description

Radisson Hotel Group is looking for Asst. Manager Gaming Zone to join our team
Roles and Responsibility

Manage and oversee daily operations of the gaming zone, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery.
Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and increase revenue growth.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives and improve overall performance.
Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for improvement.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, maintaining high standards of quality and integrity.
Lead and motivate a team of staff members, providing guidance and support to achieve their goals.

Job Requirements

Proven experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry, preferably in a hotel or resort setting.
Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions to drive business growth.
Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills, with the ability to handle pressure and work well under tight deadlines.
