Key Responsibilities:Academic Leadership:Oversee planning and implementation of academic activities as per MUHS guidelines.Ensure high-quality teaching, learning, and clinical training in physiotherapy education.Monitor curriculum delivery and promote faculty development programs.Encourage research, innovation, and publications among faculty and students.Administration and Compliance:Manage admissions, examinations, and student records as per university standards.Maintain discipline, grievance redressal, and welfare for students and staff.Team Management:Recruit, train, and evaluate teaching and non-teaching staff.Conduct periodic performance reviews and encourage capacity building.Create a healthy academic environment and motivate staff towards institutional goals.Eligibility Criteria:Educational Qualifications:Masters Degree in Physiotherapy (MPT) is mandatory.Ph.D. in Physiotherapy or allied health sciences preferred.Experience:As per Maharashtra University of Health Science norms.Skills Required:Strong leadership and interpersonal communication.Deep understanding of university regulations and physiotherapy education norms.Effective planning, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities.Competence in digital tools for administration and academics.
