Location: Raigad Hospital and Research Centre, Bhivpuri Road Railway Station,Diksal,Tal-Karjat,Dist-Raigad
Department: NursingReports To: Nursing AdministratorKey Responsibilities:Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in assigned units (ICU, General Ward, OT, Emergency, etc.)Supervise and guide junior nurses, nursing aides, and trainees.Monitor patient conditions, administer medications, and update medical records accurately.Assist doctors during rounds, procedures, and emergencies.Ensure infection control practices and patient safety standards are strictly followed.Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams for smooth patient care operations.Maintain accurate documentation and timely reporting of incidents or adverse events.Participate in training, orientation, and continuous professional development activities.Ensure adequate inventory of medicines, linen, and equipment in the unit.Act as a role model in delivering ethical, empathetic, and evidence-based care.
Qualifications:
GNM / B.Sc. Nursing from a recognized institute.Registered with the Maharashtra Nursing Council (MNC).Experience:Minimum 4-5 years of clinical nursing experience in a hospital setup.Experience in supervising and mentoring junior staff preferred.Working Hours:Rotational shifts (Morning, Afternoon, Night)
