Job Description

We are looking for a skilled professional with 2-4 years of experience to join our team as an Asst Manager / Executive in Mumbai and Pune.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage and oversee daily operations of the hotel or resort.
Coordinate with various departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities.
Maintain high standards of quality, safety, and hygiene.
Lead and motivate a team to achieve exceptional performance.

Job Requirements

Proven experience in hospitality management, preferably in hotels and restaurants.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
