Asst Manager Education Sales (K12)

As a candidate for this position at Veloces Consulting Services, you will excel at creating and closing new opportunities through a consultative selling approach. Your expertise will be crucial in identifying and qualifying leads, ultimately leading to sales opportunities with both new and existing customers. Responsibilities: - Negotiate and close sales deals, surpassing assigned sales targets. - Implement the sales strategy to target and acquire new clients/students in the education sector. - Prospect and qualify leads, identify decision-makers, and foster strong relationships with educational institutions. - Understand the unique needs of educational institutions and effectively communicate Veloces Consulting Services" value proposition to customers. - Prepare compelling proposals and presentations tailored to specific client requirements. - Maintain a robust pipeline of potential clients. - Cultivate relationships with key stakeholders within the education sector. - Monitor sales activity and performance metrics, providing reports to the National Head. - Keep abreast of industry trends and competitor offerings. - Travel extensively within the region to promote Veloces Consulting Services. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, Education, or a related field (preferred). - Minimum 2-3 years of sales experience, preferably within the education sector. Freshers could be considered for Junior Roles. - Demonstrated track record of exceeding sales targets. - Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. - Strong understanding of the Indian education system and its challenges. - Ability to build rapport and trust with clients at all levels. - Excellent organizational skills and the capacity to manage multiple priorities. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
