Job Description

Profile

Within this context, the core job responsibility of the Asst. Manager Consulting & Marketing of IICCI's Minerva Project would be:

A. Calling & Counselling

Call and counsel leads/prospects individually for closure as per projects requirement.
Report progress to the Business Head.
Provide administrative and counseling support for applications/test registration.
Coordinate with Italian Partner Universities.

B. Marketing and Promotions

Check and coordinate with 3rd party digital marketing vendors (as per requirement).
Conduct and monitor social media marketing campaigns, mailer campaigns, and ad performance.
Update business operating platforms regularly.
Scout for effective exhibitions, conferences, and events relevant to the project.

C. Other Responsibilities

Support the Minerva Project in offline and online events/activities.
Provide administrative and coordination support to the Project/Business Head.
Conduct market research in identified areas.
Conduct research on project-specific areas as required by the Project Head.

Essential Requirements

Minimum Graduate/Post-graduate in any subject.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Minimum 2 years of experience, preferably in handling the Study Abroad segment.
Tech-savvy with experience in social media marketing and campaigns.
Ability to multitask and eagerness to learn.
Capable of working independently and in a team.
Willingness to travel moderately within Mumbai and other Indian cities for project-related meetings and activities.
