Brief Summary

As the Manager Learning & Development, you will play a key role in supporting the strategic direction of the L&D function by designing, coordinating, and executing impactful learning initiatives. You will collaborate with business leaders to identify skill gaps, develop training programs, and ensure effective delivery and evaluation of learning solutions that contribute to employee growth and organizational excellence.

Indicative Responsibilities

1. Assist in developing and executing L&D strategies aligned with business goals.
2. Partner with department heads to assess training needs and propose suitable learning interventions.
3. Design and deliver training programs, workshops, and e-learning modules to address competency gaps.
4. Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness using feedback, assessments, and performance data.
5. Manage training calendars, logistics, and coordination with internal and external stakeholders.
6. Support the implementation and maintenance of the Learning Management System (LMS).
7. Contribute to the development of training content and materials in collaboration with SMEs and vendors.
8. Promote a culture of continuous learning through internal communication and engagement initiatives.
9. Mentor and guide junior L&D team members in project execution and facilitation.

Skills & Qualifications Required

1. Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, or related field; Masters preferred.
2. 5–7 years of experience in L&D, preferably in retail or luxury sectors.
3. Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design.
4. Excellent facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
5. Experience with LMS platforms and digital learning tools.
6. Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver results within timelines.
7. Collaborative mindset with a passion for employee development and engagement.
