Description
As an Administrative & Operational Support member at PTC - MORAIYA, your role will involve overseeing day-to-day administrative activities within the R&D department to ensure smooth coordination. This includes managing transportation services such as buses, pool car facilities, and rental cars for outstation official tours. You will be responsible for canteen management, which involves coordinating with the canteen vendor, finalizing monthly menus, organizing canteen committee meetings, and maintaining the canteen area at all PTC locations. Additionally, you will supervise administrative and contractual staff to ensure efficiency and uphold housekeeping standards. Handling day-to-day grievances of employees related to canteen and transportation services will also be part of your responsibilities. Furthermore, you will manage VIP guests, plan menus for local and international cuisine, book guest houses for official visits, and make travel arrangements for domestic and international trips. Ensuring pest control at all PTC sites will also fall under your purview. Your duties will also include Compliance & Documentation Management by overseeing the compliance and governance of all PTC vendors, conducting quarterly evaluations of contractors and their services, and renewing agreements with contractors as necessary. In terms of Budgeting, you will be responsible for preparing, monitoring, and controlling the administrative budget of PTC. This will involve negotiating contracts with vendors and service providers to ensure cost-effectiveness. As part of HR Team Coordination, you will support HR in various employee engagement activities and manage guest house or hotel bookings for new joiners at PTC. You will also be involved in Reviewing presentations and MIS by preparing presentations for monthly reviews with the Admin Head and BU Head, as well as maintaining MIS for various administrative activities.
