Role & responsibilities:

  • To close deals and ensure that monthly targets are achieved.
  • Looking for a candidate having experience in real estate closing.
  • Client Communication and Relationship Management.
  • Preparing and reviewing all necessary documents.
  • Scheduling and coordinating property viewings.
  • Addressing any issues that may arise during the closing process.
  • Achieving sales target and contributing to the overall revenue goals of the real estate company.
  • Deal Negotiation and Closure.

Preferred candidate profile:

  • Good interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
  • Candidate from real estate industry only.
  • Looking smart candidates who are from developer or mandate firm.
  • Candidates from CP firm need not apply*
