Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Associate role located at Vestor College of Management in Patna. The Associate will contribute to the daily operations of the institution, including assisting in academic and administrative tasks, supporting student development programs, and working collaboratively with faculty and staff. Responsibilities may also include coordinating events, maintaining records, supporting project initiatives, and serving as a resource for students and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational and administrative skills, including record-keeping and coordination capabilities
• Excellent verbal and written communication, with a proficiency in providing effective support to faculty, students, and staff
• Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic and professional educational environment
• Proficiency in basic technology applications, including Microsoft Office and other educational tools
• Knowledge of education administration or relevant experience in an academic setting is advantageous
• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Business Administration, or a relevant field
