Associate Talent Acquisition

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Conduct hiring process related tasks according to relevant standards with a high quality and efficiency (including but not limited to job posting, sourcing, phone call invitation/interview/screening/scheduling assessments conduction/candidates engagement/POP maintenance/BGV/new hire on-boarding). Effectively articulate the RSP Employer Value Proposition and promote the organization to engage candidates through the hiring process
  • Maintain effective communication with hiring departments, candidates and Talent team members.
  • Coordinate with existing recruiting agencies, implement and maintain recruitment advertisement posting as required to ensure the adequacy of resume pool; Assist leader to develop recruitment monthly advertisement plan and maintain recruiting channels for a steady supply to meet the new-hire demands.
  • Participate in various recruiting and marketing projects/activities as a project member, such as sourcing/assessments optimization, TA weekly team meeting, social media management, NHRA, POC of the Tech relevant/Information Security relevant activities in Talent Department, etc.
  • Avoid clerical errors, such as spelling mistake, space, format issue in the daily work including email writing and daily update.
  • Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job board /colleges etc. Source and recruit candidates by using databases, social media, campus etc. Screen candidates resumes and job applications. Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule. Assess applicants relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes.
  • Understand business needs and apply operational expertise to execute recruitment by using process and data, maintaining/improving quality and productivity during daily work.
  • Update corresponding recruiting records accurately and timely; Assist to generate basic reports based on the requirements.
  • Provide daily/weekly/monthly updates on the recruitment activities; Prepare relevant documents/reports/analysis/materials/PPTs to provide updates; Report any significant issues/support required to the function lead timely.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Education Background: MBA in HR
  • Working Experience: 1-2 years in Recruitment

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office software
  • Basic experience with performance management principles, and customer service best practices
