Requirements

Job Description
  • 4–6 years of hands-on experience in enterprise network management.
  • Strong knowledge of Palo Alto firewall configuration and security policies.
  • Practical experience with Cisco Meraki switches and wireless solutions.
  • Familiarity with VPN technologies and remote-access management.
  • Proficiency in network troubleshooting using tools such as Wireshark and SolarWinds.
  • Working knowledge of network protocols (TCP/IP, VLANs, DNS, DHCP) and routing/switching fundamentals.
  • Experience in O365 and collaboration tool connectivity troubleshooting.
  • Awareness of Identity & Access Management (IAM) and Endpoint Management concepts.
  • Basic understanding of ITSM processes (incident, change, and request management).
  • Familiarity with application access control and vendor coordination practices.
  • Relevant certifications such as:
    • Palo Alto Networks Certified Network Security Administrator (PCNSA)
    • Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA)
    • ITIL v4 Foundation

Responsibilities

  • Ensure seamless LAN/WAN and wireless connectivity across all office locations.
  • Configure, operate, and maintain Palo Alto Firewalls and Meraki Switches.
  • Manage and support VPN and remote-access solutions for global users.
  • Monitor network performance, analyze logs, and proactively resolve issues.
  • Perform application access triage, root-cause analysis, and coordinate vendor escalations as per SOPs.
  • Maintain network diagrams, asset inventory, and change-management documentation.
  • Collaborate with endpoint and infrastructure teams to ensure network stability and compliance.
  • Participate in internal/external audits and implement network security best practices.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
