Associate Senior Manager Pre-Sales (Invitation Team)

About the Role

experienced Pre-Sales Leader

What Youll Do

Manage the full
invitation funnel
: lead assignment first call pitching demo invitation office visit.
Coach your team on
effective communication, objection handling, and empathy-driven conversations
.
Monitor daily/weekly targets:
calls, invites, walk-ins, conversion ratios
.
Improve processes with
scripts, SOPs, and funnel dashboards
.
Collaborate with
Lead Generation, Sales, and Marketing
teams to improve lead quality and walk-ins.
Share insights on customer behavior and ensure
consistent performance growth
.

What Were Looking For

36 years
of experience in Pre-Sales, Inside Sales, or Lead Qualification (preferably EdTech / Upskilling / High-ticket B2C).
Proven experience managing
teams (Managers, ABDMs, TLs)
.
Strong skills in
cold calling, pitching, lead nurturing, and objection handling
.
Fluent English + at least one regional language
(Hindi, Kannada, Marathi, etc.).
Comfortable with
CRM tools and call tracking systems
.
Highly
target-driven, process-oriented, and data-driven
.
