As GoKwik scales, accurate client onboarding and compliance are key to operational efficiency and trust. This role ensures smooth verification of client documentation, KYC checks, and agreement management enabling seamless client onboarding and supporting GoKwik s growth trajectory.

What You ll Own

Review and verify client documentation for completeness and accuracy
Perform KYC checks, including identity verification and compliance assessments
Communicate with clients to request missing documents or clarify discrepancies
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and compliance
Draft, review, and finalize agreements based on predefined templates and inputs
Coordinate the agreement signing process, ensuring timely completion by all parties
Maintain organized storage of agreements for easy access by relevant teams

Who You Are

Detail-oriented and methodical, with a focus on operational accuracy
Experienced in client onboarding, documentation, or compliance functions
Strong communicator, able to interact effectively with clients and internal teams
Skilled at managing multiple processes and meeting deadlines
Collaborative mindset, enabling growth and smooth operations
