Job Description

Your role at Goodera as a Sales Associate will involve providing direct support to Account Directors in managing client communications, tracking deals, and coordinating internal teams. You will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth sales operations, maintaining HubSpot records, and assisting with project management for strategic initiatives. To excel in this position, you should be detail-oriented, organized, and possess strong communication skills to thrive in a fast-paced, client-facing environment. Key Responsibilities: - Support Account Directors with deal-specific tasks, tracking, and communications. - Join client calls to provide assistance and capture key action items. - Understand client requirements and translate them into deliverables and supporting materials. - Manage follow-up actions after calls, both client-facing and internal. - Coordinate with internal teams to deliver effective solutions for clients. - Assist with calendar management and scheduling. - Review client materials (call recordings, emails, notes) to identify tasks and ensure timely execution. - Track and manage active deals and tasks in HubSpot. - Provide project management support for strategic sales initiatives. - Help improve and standardize sales processes, tools, and templates. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams (GTM, Customer Success, Finance, etc.) to ensure smooth operations. Qualifications Required: - A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field is preferred, with specialization in Sales, Marketing, or Operations as an added advantage. - 2-4 years of total work experience, ideally in RevOps, SalesOps, Program Management, Business Ops, or Founders Office roles. - Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, especially across different time zones. - Proficiency in U.S. English and understanding of language nuances and sentence structures that resonate with a U.S. customer/partner audience. - Highly organized with a bias for action and a problem-solving mindset. - Experience working with global teams or in cross-cultural environments. - Ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. - Experience with tools like HubSpot, Excel, Google, and project management platforms (Jira / Confluence / Asana / Notion). - Willingness to work overlapping hours with US time zones (until 4 PM CT).,
