Job Description

As a Recruiter at our organization, you will be a valuable member of the HR team, responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent. Your role will involve managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening candidates to negotiating offers and onboarding new hires. To excel in this position, you should possess strong interpersonal skills, a keen eye for talent, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and create job descriptions and specifications. - Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified candidates. - Utilize various channels such as databases, social media, job boards, referrals, and networking events to source potential candidates. - Write and post job advertisements on relevant platforms to reach a wider audience. - Screen resumes, conduct initial phone screenings, and shortlist qualified candidates. - Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers and stakeholders. - Conduct interviews using reliable selection tools to assess candidates" skills, experience, and cultural fit. - Maintain accurate records of all recruitment activities and candidate interactions. - Negotiate job offers, salary packages, and employment terms with selected candidates. - Facilitate the onboarding process for new employees to ensure a smooth transition. - Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and employment legislation for compliance and competitiveness. - Provide regular recruitment reports and updates to management. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. - Minimum 1 year of proven experience as a recruiter, either in-house or at a staffing agency. - Strong understanding of recruitment processes and candidate selection methods. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to assess and evaluate candidate qualifications and fit. - Proficiency with HR software, applicant tracking systems, and candidate databases. - Strong decision-making, organizational, and time-management skills. - Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
