Roles and Responsibility
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.
  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
  • Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers and other stakeholders.
  • Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate fit and skills.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations related to employment.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports of recruitment activities and results.

Job Requirements
  • Proven experience as an Associate Recruiter or similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment principles, practices, and techniques.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Proficient in using applicant tracking systems and other recruitment software.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Experience working in the BPM/BPO industry is preferred.
