Job Description

As an Associate Recruiter/Recruiter at IMS People Possible (Interactive Manpower Solutions Pvt. Ltd.) in the ORS US division, your primary responsibility will be to source, screen, interview, and evaluate candidates for various positions. You will be expected to foster long-term relationships with candidates, review job requirements, and ensure that applicant qualifications align with the job specifications. In addition to candidate management, you will also be required to research new technologies, maintain the database, and prepare daily recruiting reports for the team manager. Handling client interactions and participating in conference calls will also be part of your role. To excel in this position, you should possess a graduate degree in any discipline with 0 to 1 year of experience. Strong verbal and written communication skills, interpersonal abilities, and proficiency in MS Office and internet usage are essential. Recruiting and sourcing skills, as well as negotiation and selling abilities, will be key assets in this role.
