Role Description

We are hiring an Associate Recruiter for a full-time, on-site role based in Noida. The Associate Recruiter will perform key recruitment tasks, such as posting job openings, sourcing and screening candidates, scheduling interviews, and maintaining candidate databases. The role involves working closely with hiring managers and clients to understand staffing needs and creating tailored strategies to attract and retain top talent. Attention to detail and proactive communication with candidates and stakeholders will be essential for success in this dynamic and rewarding position.

Qualifications

  • Strong foundational skills in sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and candidate relationship management tools
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills to work collaboratively with clients and team members
  • Analytical and organizational skills for managing recruitment workflows and meeting deadlines
  • Knowledge of DEI+A initiatives and commitment to fostering inclusive hiring practices
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Prior experience in recruitment for industries such as healthcare, pharmaceuticals, or financial services is a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
