Job Title: Talent Acquisition Associate Technology Hiring
Work Location: Bangalore - LTIMindtree Global Village Tech Park (Kengeri), Mysore road
Required Experience: 1 - 5 years
We are looking for someone who can handle end-to-end recruitment for APAC & Offshore.
Should have good hands on experience in sourcing using portals, social media etc.
Experience in recruitment of technical skills for an IT Industry.
Good in handling both niche & volume skills.
Looking for expertise either in onsite or offshore requirements
Coordination of interviews and plan for weekday and weekend drives.
100% compliance on Tool, Process and Documentation
Daily tracker and Report submission
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Willing to work and support on weekend drives when necessary
Should be available to join us in Immediately
This position is for contract (Min 6 months to 1 year) and will look at conversion subject to performance of the individual
