Job Description

Role Overview: You will be responsible for delivering high-quality projects on time and ensuring a safe and comfortable living experience for customers. Your areas of ownership and accountability will include people and culture, business, and delivery and operations. Key Responsibilities: - Build a performance-driven team by hiring the best talent, both in-house and remote. - Develop, teach knowledge, train skills, coach attitude, and provide a clear sense of purpose to team members. - Set high impact SMART goals and ensure every team member is aligned with their goals. - Help team members make progress in small but meaningful ways every day. - Drive a high-performance culture and build a culture of care and craftsmanship through company values and principles. - Make time for learning and self-development. - Manage permits and licenses such as CC, OC, and labor compliance. - Handle cashflow planning and management, milestone billing, and driving profitability. - Conduct research, strategy, and planning, including scheduling and budgeting. - Mobilize necessary resources like materials, suppliers, partners, and tools. - Set up comprehensive win-win contracts, manage them effectively, and close them when necessary. - Delegate tasks and collaborate effectively by communicating regularly with all stakeholders. - Monitor, review, support, and follow through on project progress. - Focus on credibility, resourcefulness, and finding alternate options to achieve project goals. - Maintain quality and attention to detail throughout the project. - Establish site boundaries, set up stores and labor camps, and administer site permits for inspections. - Ensure a smooth project handover with zero unacceptable snags. - Adhere to budget and schedule requirements and identify opportunities for cost savings. - Engage with site liaisons, local authorities, police, and neighbors as needed. - Manage labor welfare, labor insurance, budget, BoQ management, spend tracking, and inventory analysis. - Communicate effectively through reports, updates, and trackers. - Monitor KPIs including Project Cost Performance Index, Project Schedule Performance Index, quality, overhead cost ratio, housekeeping, safety, and customer living experience. - Ensure compliance with all legal and statutory requirements. Qualifications Required: - Proven experience in project management, preferably in the construction industry. - Strong leadership and team-building skills. - Excellent communication and negotiation abilities. - In-depth knowledge of permits, licenses, and compliance regulations. - Financial acumen for cashflow planning and profitability analysis. - Ability to plan, strategize, and execute projects effectively. - Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and customer satisfaction. - Familiarity with cost management, budget adherence, and schedule optimization. - Proficiency in reporting and KPI tracking.
