Site Consultant(SAP)-PP/QM

You will play a key role in enabling efficient implementation and adoption of the SAP Production Planning (PP) and Quality Management (QM) module. Your primary responsibility will be to provide timely and ongoing support to the business team, ensuring effective system upkeep post-implementation. Your responsibilities will include actively engaging in workshop discussions, taking ownership of the SAP PP & QM Module, and delivering essential project support and post go-live assistance to business teams for their daily SAP activities. Your goal is to ensure seamless operations and successful utilization of the SAP system. Key deliverables will involve leading the implementation, customization, and maintenance of SAP PP & QM Modules, collaborating with clients to gather business requirements, analyzing processes, and developing tailored solutions. You will also configure SAP PP & QM modules to meet specific business requirements, stay updated on the latest trends and best practices, work with cross-functional teams for successful project delivery, and provide ongoing support to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to SAP PP & QM modules. Your performance will be measured based on several key performance indicators (KPIs) including Project/Initiative Delivery Timeliness, Business Satisfaction, Issue Resolution Time, System Uptime, User Adoption Rate, Configuration Accuracy, Training Effectiveness, Process Improvement, Documentation Quality, and Professional Development.
