We are seeking a motivated Associate Project Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will manage end-to-end areas of their responsibility, including customer relationships, requirements clarification, proposal management, and order setup in SalesForce. This role requires strong organizational skills and proficiency with MS Office tools. The candidate will also support Product Owners with the admin tasks in the SalesForce system (credit/debit notes, amendments creation and others).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Management:
  • Project management
  • Data analysis and reporting
  • Customer Support Management:
  • Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries and issues.
  • Understanding Context and Requirements:
  • Gain a thorough understanding of customer needs and business context.
  • Clarify customer requirements and communicate them effectively within the organization.
  • Proposal Management:
  • Manage the creation and delivery of proposals end-to-end.
  • Ensure proposals meet customer requirements and internal standards.
  • SalesForce Management:
  • Set up and manage orders in the SalesForce system.
  • Ensure accurate and timely charging and order processing.
  • Credit/debit notes creation
  • Amendments management
  • Administrative and Reporting Tasks:
  • Prepare reports and presentations using MS Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation.
  • Department Processes Ownership
  • Act as a single point of contact for internal processes

  • Educational Background:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT or a related field.
  • Fluent spoken and written English
  • Experience:
  • Previous experience in account management or customer service roles is preferred.
  • Familiarity with SalesForce or other CRM systems is a plus.
  • Technical Skills:
  • Proficiency in MS Office tools, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to analyze data and create meaningful reports.
  • Interpersonal Skills:
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
  • Organizational Skills:
  • Excellent time management and organizational abilities.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy.
