Associate Project Analyst

As an Associate Project Analyst at DHL IT Services, you will be an integral part of our global team of over 5600 IT professionals who are dedicated to connecting people and driving the global economy through innovative and sustainable digital solutions. Your role will involve managing various aspects of projects, including customer relationships, requirements clarification, proposal management, and order setup in SalesForce. With a strong emphasis on organizational skills and proficiency in MS Office tools, you will also provide support to Product Owners by handling administrative tasks in the SalesForce system. Your responsibilities will include project management, data analysis, and reporting, as well as developing and maintaining relationships with stakeholders. You will serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries and issues, ensuring that customer requirements are clearly understood and effectively communicated within the organization. Additionally, you will be responsible for managing the creation and delivery of proposals, setting up and managing orders in SalesForce, preparing reports and presentations using MS Excel and PowerPoint, and acting as a single point of contact for internal processes. To excel in this role, you should hold a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or a related field, and possess fluency in spoken and written English. Previous experience in account management or customer service roles is preferred, and familiarity with SalesForce or other CRM systems is a plus. Proficiency in MS Office tools, strong communication and negotiation skills, the ability to work effectively in a team and independently, excellent time management and organizational abilities, attention to detail, and the willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges are essential qualities for success in this position.
