How You Will Contribute

• Collaborate with Lab teams, while engaging external vendors for procurement of lab equipment and design components.
• Manage purchase requests in Oracle, ensure timely delivery by sharing purchase orders with suppliers, and follow up on deliveries.
• Maintain accurate records by updating PO details in common tracker sheets and individual lists for receipt across global locations.
• Receive materials in Oracle and ensure closure of purchase orders efficiently.
• Monitor and coordinate ordering details in CPOD, ensuring timely packaging and shipment of materials in collaboration with the order management team.
• Work with suppliers for AMC and calibration services quotes of hardware equipment, and oversee maintenance and repair activities for faulty units.
• Facilitate supplier onboarding in Oracle, manage supplier data updates, and liaise with accounts for invoice verification and payment queries.
  

The Must Haves

• Bachelor /Masters in Business Administration (BBA/ MBA)
• Proficiency in Oracle and Salesforce for purchase management.
• Strong multitasking skills to manage multiple projects and determine priorities effectively.
• Exceptional attention to detail and ability to grasp technical concepts related to product development.
• Organized team player with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

• Interaction with EMS companies for rework and logistics management.
• Positive attitude and ability to adapt to dynamic challenges while balancing speed and accuracy.
