Role Overview:

Program Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Take

  end-to-end ownership

  of college engagement drives, from planning to execution and post-drive analysis.
• Lead and manage all teams/BOAs involved in the drives, ensuring alignment with objectives and timelines.
• Plan, schedule, and finalize drive dates with colleges, ensuring all administrative and logistical requirements are met.
• Coordinate with internal teams to drive student registrations and maximize participation.
• Personally oversee or conduct drives at colleges when required, engaging with students, faculty, and TPOs.
• Track progress, monitor milestones, and ensure drives are executed efficiently and effectively.
• Provide comprehensive updates, results, and feedback to colleges, students, and internal stakeholders.
• Identify process improvements to enhance efficiency, student engagement, and overall drive effectiveness.
• Ensure accountability across all teams and maintain high standards of quality and execution.

Qualifications & Skills:

• 13 years of experience in project management, campus engagement, or related roles.
• Strong leadership and team management skills; experience leading cross-functional teams is a plus.
• Excellent organizational, planning, and coordination abilities.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills for managing multiple stakeholders.
• Willingness to travel extensively across India.
• Problem-solving mindset and ability to work independently.
• Familiarity with placement processes, student engagement, and campus recruitment is preferred.
