Key Responsibilities-

• Identify and analyze day-to-day operational challenges in the admission funnel and team efficiency.


• Develop and implement solutions to resolve immediate issues and enhance operational efficiency.


• Work closely with teams to uncover bottlenecks and create streamlined workflows.


• Set up scalable processes to support the learning ecosystem as the organization grows.


• Collaborate with multiple stakeholders to ensure alignment and smooth execution.


• Track the effectiveness of implemented solutions and refine them using feedback and data insights.

Requirements-

• Bachelor s degree (or equivalent) in a relevant field. (MBA Preferred)


• 2-3 years of experience in Program Team, Operations Manager, or similar role.


• Strong problem-solving skills with focus on execution and delivering results.


• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.


• Experience in designing and scaling operational processes.


• Data-driven mindset with proficiency in Excel or other analytical tools.


• Knowledge of educational processes or EdTech is a strong advantage.
