Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Associate Program Manager to join our team at eClerx Services Ltd. The ideal candidate will have 6-10 years of experience in the IT Services & Consulting industry, with expertise in program management.

Roles and Responsibility

Develop and implement comprehensive project plans to ensure successful execution.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate risks.
Analyze program performance data to inform decision-making.
Manage and allocate resources to meet program goals.
Foster strong relationships with stakeholders for effective communication.
Identify opportunities for process improvements and recommend changes.

Job Requirements

Proven experience as a Program Manager or similar role.
Strong understanding of IT Services & Consulting industry trends and best practices.
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
Strong analytical and decision-making skills.
Experience with program management tools and technologies.
