Program and Delivery Manager – Oracle ERP

Job Responsibility

• Drive Revenue growth, Profitability and People development.
• Focused on Customer Satisfaction, Innovation & business KPIs
• Drive Productivity improvement and delivery of global projects
• Must come with strong consulting skills – Act as influence to the senior management with data and insights
• Responsible for project governance, reporting as required to support leadership decisions
• Create consolidated program level reporting and review individual project status to track progress and identify issues. Mitigate risks and concerns directly with project stakeholders and / or respective workstream owners
• Collaborate with various teams to drive large scale strategic initiatives and share preferred practices
• Relationship development and management at all levels
  

Ideal Candidate Should Have

• 18 - 20 years of relevant experience
• Knowledge / Exposure in Oracle ERP is mandatory
• Knowledge in Supply Chain, Manufacturing domain preferred
• Proficient in ITIL concepts, ITIL certifications will be preferred.
• Must have handled or co-ordinated multiple service or product deliveries (in application development / support space) either to a single large account, or to a group of accounts.
• Should have Knowledge of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) solutions
• Self-starter who is willing to work through ambiguity and take initiative to drive complex projects
• Successful working independently and/or as part of a team in a global, virtual environment
• Strong project / program management skills with experience using process improvement and/or project management methodologies
• High degree of comfort working with global stakeholders across time zones
