Role Overview

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Associate Product Manager to join our on-site team in Bangalore. This role is ideal for candidates who are passionate about product management, sprint planning, and delivering impactful enterprise solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Draft structured product specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Support scrum ceremonies including sprint planning and daily stand-ups.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Design, Development, QA, Stakeholders) to ensure timely delivery.
• Manage backlogs and track progress using Jira / Azure DevOps.
• Assist in product documentation, release notes, and UAT (User Acceptance Testing).

Requirements

• 0–1 year of experience in Product Management or related fields.
• Basic knowledge of Agile methodology, scrums, and sprints.
• Familiarity with tools like Jira / Azure DevOps.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Willingness to work on-site in Bangalore.

Preferred Certifications (Nice to Have)

• Jira Project Administration
• Microsoft Azure Fundamentals (AZ-900)
• DevOps-related certifications (e.g., AZ-400)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹450,000.00 per year
