Job Description

As an Associate Product Manager (APM), you'll be at the heart of innovationturning insights into action, data into decisions, and ideas into products.

Responsibilities

Research and Insights: Dive deep into market trends, competitor moves, and customer pain points to uncover opportunities.
Voice of the Customer: Gather and analyze feedback to influence product priorities and improvements.
Product Blueprinting: Help define and document requirementsfeatures, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with design, engineering, and marketing to ensure smooth, on-time delivery.
Go-To-Market Support: Contribute to launches with demos, training, and impactful marketing collateral.
Performance Monitoring: Track KPIs, spot improvement areas, and recommend enhancements.
Roadmap and Backlog Management: Assist in maintaining a strategic, customer-focused product pipeline.
Learning and Adapting: Stay ahead of industry trends, emerging tech, and best practices in product management.

Requirements

Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field.
Experience as a Product Manager in AI/ML-driven products.
Good understanding of machine learning concepts, model lifecycles, and AI system architecture.
Strong analytical skills, with proficiency in interpreting data and performance metrics.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Familiarity with AI ethics, bias mitigation, and regulatory frameworks is a plus.
