Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Work with the Growth leadership to identify opportunities across the funnel (traffic → leads →repeat customers).
• Design, run, and analyze rapid

  A/B tests, product experiments, and funnel optimizations

  .
• Collaborate with engineering, design, and data teams to deliver product features that improve customer acquisition and conversion.
• Deep-dive into user behavior, cohort analyses, and funnel drop-offs; translate insights into actionable product changes.
• Benchmark competition and global travel/consumer tech trends to inform product strategy.
• Write clear PRDs, success metrics, and ensure timely execution.
• Partner with Marketing and Partnerships teams to launch cross-functional initiatives (campaigns, landing pages, referral systems, etc.).

What We’re Looking For

• 2 years of experience in Product Management, Business Analysis, Growth Marketing, or an equivalent role (internships in high-growth startups also considered).
• Strong analytical mindset: comfort with funnels, metrics, SQL/Excel, A/B testing.
• First-principles thinker with a bias for action and experimentation.
• Strong communication skills – can align multiple stakeholders and present insights clearly.
• Hustle + curiosity – willingness to get hands dirty, learn fast, and iterate.
• Prior exposure to consumer tech, marketplaces, or travel products is a plus.
