Associate Product Manager

You will be responsible for supporting the delivery of custom software solutions that support restaurant operations and Inspire's technology stack. Your role will involve playing a critical part in delivering the 12 - 18-month roadmap for the restaurant operations facing revenue management custom application and supporting modules. Some key responsibilities include: - Intake and prioritization of restaurant operations and business opportunities - Definition of core business requirements - Delivery of technology solutions from engineering partners You will work closely with a Product Manager or Senior Product Manager to deliver new features and enhance existing ones. Your tasks will include regularly reviewing the competitive landscape and business trends for opportunities, generating innovative ideas, contributing to product strategy and vision, and ensuring the backlog is maintained for delivery partners. This will involve collaborating with stakeholders to gather and comprehend feature requirements. In our fast-paced environment, you may need to switch gears at a moment's notice and take effective action without having the complete picture. The ideal candidate would respond with urgency to situations requiring rapid turnaround, possess a thorough comprehension, and preferably prior experience in managing complex services and solutions. An ideal candidate would have a mix of experience in product management, program management, or solutions. **Qualifications Required:** - Comprehensive knowledge of restaurant-facing technology and understanding of restaurant team member perspectives - Expertise in user experience and proficiency in design frameworks and processes - Strong analytical skills and ability to lead data-driven discussions for alignment around prioritization and impact - Digital technical fluency to understand technical constraints and discuss tradeoffs between development and business teams - Knowledge of agile tools such as Jira and Confluence - Deep knowledge of agile delivery principles - Ability to translate data-driven insights, business intent, customer needs, and technical direction into clear, well-documented product requirements - Excellent oral and written communication skills to convey a clear understanding of varying audiences" needs - Strong problem-solving skills to adapt to changing business priorities and overcome unexpected challenges - Project/workflow management, prioritization, and negotiating skills - Ability to influence cross-functional teams, meet project deadlines, and deliver results - Passion for the restaurant industry and a strong desire to help shape the future at Inspire Brands with an entrepreneurial spirit - Self-starter personality who can operate with minimal supervision Would you need any further details about the company ,
