Associate Product Manager

**Job Description:** **Role Overview:** You will be joining Vyapar as an Associate Product Manager for its portfolio company, Suvit. Your main responsibility will involve creating an intuitive and world-class user experience tailored for Chartered Accountants (CAs) and tax professionals. As part of the team, you will contribute to developing new products, enhancing existing offerings, and ensuring the current product is significantly improved. **Key Responsibilities:** - Collaborate with business leaders to establish the product strategy for the organization. - Lead the team in developing core features and addressing complex business use cases for CAs and tax professionals. - Conduct customer research to identify the requirements and reasons behind the next set of products and features. - Prepare Product Requirement Documents (PRDs) and Wireframes to convey research findings and vision. - Coordinate with designers to transform wireframes into visually appealing high-fidelity designs. - Engage with the engineering team to implement and release new features to Suvit's end users. - Take full ownership of the performance metrics for the developed features, including data analysis and insights. - Partner with sales and support teams to ensure a thorough understanding of the product and assist customers in adoption. - Collaborate with internal teams (support, sales, partners, renewal, etc.) to create products that enhance their efficiency, drive sales, and attract more users. **Qualification Required:** - Acute attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and a proactive approach to achieving goals. - Proficiency in wireframing tools such as Balsamiq, Mockplus, Adobe XD, or Whimsical. - Experience in writing business and product requirement documents. - Ability to interpret data, monitor key metrics, funnels, and cohorts. - Skill in defining KPIs for features, enhancements, and overall products. - Clear understanding of design principles to ensure usability and minimize clutter. - Empathy towards end-users and a focus on simplifying usability. - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. - Capability to manage multiple aspects simultaneously and act as a liaison between various teams including business, marketing, engineering, support, and sales. **Experience:** - Previous experience in tech-product roles, preferably 2-3 years. **Education:** - A degree in Engineering or Management from a reputable institution (preferably from IITs, IIMs, NITs, BITS, etc.).,
