You are a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist in a technology and innovation company operating in the fintech sector, focusing on delivering business accounting software to Micro, Small & Medium Enterprises (MSMEs). The company boasts a user base of over 10 Million spread across 140 countries, making it one of the rapidly growing players in the market. By simplifying invoicing, inventory management, and accounting processes, your company enables small businesses to reduce time spent on manual bookkeeping, allowing them to concentrate more on critical aspects of their operations. As a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist, your primary role involves attracting, sourcing, and hiring outstanding talent for Non-Tech positions, particularly in sales and support functions throughout the organization. Collaborating closely with hiring managers, you will comprehend their staffing requirements, devise effective recruitment strategies, and ensure a smooth and positive experience for all candidates. Your responsibilities include managing end-to-end non-tech recruitment within specified timelines, establishing a talent pipeline to meet hiring goals, leveraging your recruitment expertise to attract top talent for inside sales, field sales, and customer support roles. You will also be responsible for planning interview and selection processes, including screening calls, assessments, and face-to-face interviews, while also excelling as a high-impact individual contributor. To excel in this role, you must possess experience in Non-Tech hiring, specifically in recruiting sales support staff and field executives, with an added advantage of BPO recruitment experience. Bulk recruitment experience is essential, along with the ability to define and implement various interview techniques and evaluation methods tailored to different roles. A strong sense of ownership, pride in your performance, and the resulting impact on the company's success is crucial, coupled with excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. The role requires you to work solely from the office. Ideally, you should have a minimum of 4 years of experience in Non-Technical recruitment, preferably focusing on hiring sales support staff and marketing executives. Any experience in startup or bulk hiring will be considered advantageous. Additionally, you are expected to hold a full-time Bachelor's Degree from a recognized university to be eligible for this role.,
