Job Description

Hiring

detail-oriented and proactive Operations Associates

to ensure smooth execution of daily business processes.

Salary

: INR 3,00,000 - 8,00,000 / year (based on experience)

Responsibilities

Process back-office tasks related to operations and logistics (shipping, order processing, etc.) with accuracy.
Maintain high typing speed (minimum 25 WPM) with ≥ 90% accuracy in written communication.
Document and track process workflows, escalate issues or delays proactively.
Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to complete tasks on time.
Participate in quality checks and reviews to ensure compliance with performance and accuracy metrics.
Work in assigned shifts and adapt to operational scheduling requirements.
Communicate clearly in writing; prepare basic reports and correspondence as needed.

Eligibility

1+ years of experience in operations / admin / business support roles
Strong written communication skills in English.
Detail‐oriented with the ability to follow instructions and SOPs.
Comfortable working in rotational shifts and being onsite in Hyderabad.
Basic computer skills: MS Office (especially Word, Excel), internet usage, email.
