Job Description

Role Overview: As an Associate Managing Consultant in Strategy & Transformation at Mastercard, you will be part of the Advisors & Consulting Services group specializing in leading clients through impactful decision-making to address strategic, tactical, operational, and transformational business challenges. You will apply a diverse set of problem-solving techniques to enhance client strategy, performance, and operations. Key Responsibilities: - Manage deliverable development and workstreams on projects across various industries and problem statements - Contribute to or develop strategies and programs for large clients using data and technology solutions to unlock client value - Maintain a strong working relationship with client managers, acting as a trusted and reliable partner - Develop sound business recommendations and deliver effective client presentations - Plan, organize, and structure work for yourself and junior project delivery consultants to address client problems effectively - Lead team and external meetings, as well as project management activities - Contribute to the firm's intellectual capital and solution development - Coach junior consultants and enable them to take ownership of day-to-day project management Qualifications: Basic qualifications: - Undergraduate degree with experience in consulting, corporate strategy, business intelligence, business line management, or product management - Experience in managing clients or internal stakeholders - Strong logical, structured thinking, and affinity for numerical analysis - Advanced skills in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint - Ability to handle multiple tasks for various clients in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment - Effective communication skills in English and the local office language - Eligibility to work in the country of application and apply for travel visas as needed Preferred Qualifications: - Experience managing tasks or workstreams in a collaborative team environment with third parties - Experience coaching junior delivery consultants - Relevant industry expertise - MBA or master's degree with relevant specialization (not mandatory) Additional Details: Omit this section.,
