Job Description

As an Associate Managing Consultant in Business Experimentation at Mastercard, you will be part of the Advisors & Consulting Services group, specializing in Strategy & Transformation, Performance Analytics, Business Experimentation, Marketing, and Program Management. Your role involves advising executives on business decisions using Mastercard's predictive analytics SaaS platform, Test & Learn. You will work closely with customers to identify key priorities, design and run business experiments, and determine effective deployment strategies for successful ideas. **Roles and Responsibilities:** - **Client Impact:** - Manage deliverable development and workstreams on projects across various industries and problem statements. - Contribute to developing strategies and programs for regional and global clients by utilizing data science tools like Test & Learn. - Build and maintain a strong working relationship with client managers, acting as a trusted partner. - Provide analytical and technical expertise, driving client success through Test & Learn adoption. - **Team Collaboration & Culture:** - Develop sound business recommendations and deliver impactful client presentations. - Plan, organize, and structure your work and that of junior consultants to address client problems effectively using Test & Learn. - Lead team and external meetings, project management, and contribute to intellectual capital and solution development. - Mentor junior consultants and enable ownership of project management across client projects. **Qualifications:** - **Basic Qualifications:** - Undergraduate degree with analytical experience in consulting, analytics, or data science. - Experience in managing clients or internal stakeholders. - Strong analytical, interpretive, and problem-solving skills with an ability to analyze large datasets and synthesize key findings. - Proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. - Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. - Effective communication skills in English and local office language. - Eligibility to work in the country of application and travel as required. - **Preferred Qualifications:** - Additional experience in data modeling, database management, data visualization tools, or time series analysis. - Experience in managing tasks or workstreams in a collaborative team environment. - Industry expertise is a plus. - MBA or master's degree with relevant specialization is preferred but not required.
