About the Team
The People & Culture team at The Nudge helps in acquiring and nurturing the right talent to meet the organization's objectives. By being part of this team, join us on an unique opportunity to build the People & Culture function of a rapidly growing organization which is solving some of the toughest problems in India.
What Will You Do?

Manage end-to-end recruitment for multiple functions across the company

Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, team structures, and competencies needed for success.

Build strong sourcing pipelines through job portals, networks, referrals, social platforms, and sector-specific communities.

Screen and evaluate candidates for functional fit, values alignment, and mission orientation.

Coordinate the full interview process scheduling, follow-ups, assessments, documentation, and closure.

Ensure a smooth and professional candidate experience from first contact to onboarding.

Maintain recruitment dashboards, track hiring progress, and present insights on TAT, pipeline health, and closures.

Support workforce planning, role prioritization, and hiring calendar alignment with program needs.

Strengthen talent brand through engaging outreach and candidate communication.

Build and manage relationships with external partners, consultants, and volunteer networks when needed.

Drive continuous improvements in the hiring process, documentation, and best practices.

Ensure all recruitment activities comply with internal policies, budgeting norms, and nonprofit hiring guidelines.

Manage recruitment dashboards and generate weekly/monthly reports on pipeline status, TAT, sourcing effectiveness, and hiring progress.
Who Are We Looking For In This Role?

4–7 years of end-to-end recruitment experience, preferably in hiring or in fast-paced organizations with diverse role requirements.

Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to partner effectively with hiring managers and program leads.

Excellent sourcing skills with comfort in tapping non-traditional talent pools and networks.

Strong assessment skills for behavioral and competency-based evaluations.

Ability to multitask, manage multiple open positions, and deliver within defined timelines.

Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.

High ownership mindset, detail orientation, and ability to work independently.
