About The Role

We’re looking for a

high-performing Performance Marketing leader

with a proven track record of scaling

revenue-driven campaigns at renowned D2C brands

. You should bring deep expertise across paid acquisition and retention marketing, and be capable of building full-funnel strategies that drive growth, retention, and ROI.This is a high-impact role demanding strategic thinking, hands-on execution, and analytical excellence. Candidates from

top D2C companies with a strong performance marketing pedigree

will be prioritized.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and optimize full-funnel paid marketing campaigns across Google, Meta, YouTube, LinkedIn, Bing, Taboola, and Bing.
  • Own channel budgets, acquisition metrics, and performance KPIs — driving continuous improvement in ROAS.
  • Build WhatsApp marketing journeys using platforms like Interakt, Zoko, Gupshup, WATI, or similar.
  • Lead customer engagement and retention through platforms like CleverTap, WebEngage, MoEngage, etc.
  • Run A/B tests across creatives, audience segments, landing pages, and messaging funnels.
  • Own campaign analytics — track performance, generate insights, and optimize based on data.
  • Work cross-functionally with tech, design, product, and content teams to drive business impact.
  • Stay on top of digital trends, performance tools, and marketing innovations.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in performance marketing, with at least 3 years at a leading D2C brand.
  • Hands-on expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and mobile user acquisition.
  • Deep understanding of CAC, LTV, ROAS, funnel drop-offs, and retention metrics.
  • Proven experience with WhatsApp Business APIs via Zoko, WATI, Interakt, Gupshup, or similar tools.
  • Proficiency with retention platforms like CleverTap, WebEngage, MoEngage, or equivalent.
  • Strong analytical mindset with experience in tools like GA4, Tag Manager, Excel, or Tableau.
  • Google Ads and Meta Blueprint certifications preferred.
  • A strong portfolio or examples of campaigns that scaled revenue and improved retention.
