About The Role

We’re looking for a

high-performing Performance Marketing leader

with a proven track record of scaling

revenue-driven campaigns at renowned D2C brands

. You should bring deep expertise across paid acquisition and retention marketing, and be capable of building full-funnel strategies that drive growth, retention, and ROI.This is a high-impact role demanding strategic thinking, hands-on execution, and analytical excellence. Candidates from

top D2C companies with a strong performance marketing pedigree

will be prioritized.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and optimize full-funnel paid marketing campaigns across Google, Meta, YouTube, LinkedIn, Bing, Taboola, and Bing.
Own channel budgets, acquisition metrics, and performance KPIs — driving continuous improvement in ROAS.
Build WhatsApp marketing journeys using platforms like Interakt, Zoko, Gupshup, WATI, or similar.
Lead customer engagement and retention through platforms like CleverTap, WebEngage, MoEngage, etc.
Run A/B tests across creatives, audience segments, landing pages, and messaging funnels.
Own campaign analytics — track performance, generate insights, and optimize based on data.
Work cross-functionally with tech, design, product, and content teams to drive business impact.
Stay on top of digital trends, performance tools, and marketing innovations.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in performance marketing, with at least 3 years at a leading D2C brand.
Hands-on expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and mobile user acquisition.
Deep understanding of CAC, LTV, ROAS, funnel drop-offs, and retention metrics.
Proven experience with WhatsApp Business APIs via Zoko, WATI, Interakt, Gupshup, or similar tools.
Proficiency with retention platforms like CleverTap, WebEngage, MoEngage, or equivalent.
Strong analytical mindset with experience in tools like GA4, Tag Manager, Excel, or Tableau.
Google Ads and Meta Blueprint certifications preferred.
A strong portfolio or examples of campaigns that scaled revenue and improved retention.
