About The Media Ant:

The Media Ant is an 13-year-old platform for media discovery, planning, and execution of marketing campaigns. We aim to disrupt the traditional process of executing ad campaigns through a physical media agency and replace it with a self-serve advertising platform. The platform should work equally well for both online and offline media.

This platform will empower any advertiser, irrespective of their budget and level of marketing understanding, to be able to go ahead and launch a campaign.

Role Overview:

The role of the Marketplace team in TMA is to make sure all advertising-related media options are present on the TMA website with enriched and accurate details. By doing this we empower advertisers to select the best-suited media channel for advertisement, effectively reaching their target audiences.

The Marketplace team also serves as a crucial support system for the media planning team by providing important analysis and insights on Advertising Expenditure (AdEx). We need to

Ensure timely delivery of AdEx-related information through automation
Data is readily available for access to all stakeholders
Making sure that the existing data platforms are functioning smoothly
Continue the process of finding additional sources of information that can be crucial for media planning

Key Responsibilities:

Listing of media related information on TMA website
Need to deliver all projects/tasks related to OKRs and BAUs within set timeline
Closely work with other internal stakeholders like the BU, product and the planning team to achieve organizational goals
Can adhere to organisational level Values and guidelines/policies
Ensure error-free and timely delivery of projects with some guidance
Can follow instructions pertaining to projects/tasks clearly
Can ask for clarity where it is required
Can identify problems and raise flag

Must-Have:

Working experience in advanced Excel
Proficient in arithmetic and logical reasoning skills, complemented by strong communication abilities.

Good to have:

Working experience in ecommerce industry or media industry
