Job Purpose
To support the design, development, and curation of high-quality learning content by applying instructional design principles and using digital authoring tools. This role contributes to creating engaging and outcome-driven learning experiences aligned with business needs, capability priorities, and organization’s learning strategy.

Accountabilities
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
Key Performance Indicators
Content Design & Development:
- Work closely with subject matter experts (SMEs), L&D partners, and business stakeholders to gather inputs and validate content.
- Translate subject matter input into structured learning content using ID models.
- Create engaging instructional materials such as storyboards, scripts, facilitator guides, job aids, and e-learning modules.
- Number of content pieces developed or updated.
Digital Learning Creation:
- Design and develop engaging and effective learning materials that align with the organization’s goals.
- Use authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline, Articulate Rise, Camtasia, Captivate, Adobe Creative Cloud Suite, etc. to create digital content. Maintain content libraries, version control, and documentation.
- Create and publish Pathways and Journeys by curating content from open sources such as YouTube and internal sources such as the LMS.
- Adherence to content timelines and quality standards.
Content & Program support:
- Run quality checks before publishing to LMS or mobile platforms.
- Maintain content on learning platforms and proactively raise red flags by running learning objective related diagnostics.
- Problem solving, query resolution, user assistance, content admin support, coordinating with third party content providers.
- Work with emerging technologies such as AR/VR and Generative AI to prototype and deploy immersive learning experiences, aligned to workforce needs.
- Track and evaluate the effectiveness of learning programs.
- Develop a content strategy by mixing various content sources (internal, external) and types (micro, macro learning).
- Determine the appropriate number of learning hours and assess alternative content sources.
- Manage budget, assessment processes, and review of purchased content.
- LMS compatibility and error-free deployment.
Stakeholder Focus:
Collaborate with businesses and business leaders to identify training needs centrally.
- Conduct learning workshops periodically to address operational requirements.
- Plan and coordinate learning deployment across the organization.
- Monitor learning outcomes and implement proactive corrective actions as needed.

EDUCATION QUALIFICATIONS
- Education: Bachelor’s degree, MBA from a reputed institute (Preferably HR)
Relevant Experience
- Experience: Between 6 and 8 years of experience in Learning & Development, Talent Development, or related field.
- Technical Skills: Knowledge of ID models such as ADDIE, SAM, etc. Hands-on experience with authoring tools.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills.
- Certifications: Relevant certifications in Instructional Design (ID) will be an advantage.
